Over the years, I have been through inner storms, confronting my darkness and self-destructive behaviors. My mind and heart were invaded by negativity, anger and despair. I found myself trapped in mental loops and repetitive patterns, hating myself deeply.

It was during an intense experience, a bad trip with LSD in 2006, that awareness knocked on my door. This defining moment was the starting point of a long journey of transformation. I explored a multitude of tools: psychotherapies, energy healing, yoga, mantras, mindfulness and shamanism. Each of these paths allowed me to highlight the wounds of my soul and deconstruct the destructive internal patterns that resulted from them.

My rebirth was catalyzed by my encounter with Peruvian shamanism and the benevolent energy of Mama Cacao. After 17 years of hard work on myself, I managed to operate a real shift of consciousness, thus transcending my being and my vision of reality.

Today, I am living proof that change is not only possible, but also profoundly liberating. Every trial, every hurt, has allowed me to develop a deeper understanding of what you are going through.
